Jacob is a Client Service Associate who is focused on building strong relationships, delivering thoughtful service, and helping clients feel supported throughout their financial journey. He has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, client service, sales, and relationship management, and was drawn to financial services by the opportunity to apply that experience in a meaningful, long-term way.

To prepare for his transition into the industry, Jacob returned to East Carolina University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, complementing his professional experience with a strong foundation in business principles. 

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Some of his favorite activities involve being outdoors and include camping, fishing, kayaking, and playing disc golf.
