In 1999, Neil began his career in financial planning at Waddell & Reed in Hartford, CT. There he obtained his CMFC® designation. After four years, he joined the independent advisory firm Capital Financial Planning, LLC, in North Haven, CT.

In the summer of 2005, Neil joined Private Capital Group, LLC. (PCG), a local Registered Investment Advisor in West Hartford, CT. There he obtained his CFP ® designation. While at PCG, Neil’s focus evolved primarily into wealth management advice and retirement planning for clients. However, he spent his early years at the firm supporting the team with Wealth Management Software, compliance and supervisory responsibilities, while adding another level of value to clients and the firm.

In late 2020, Neil joined WP Financial to continue providing exceptional service to his existing clients and to bring his knowledge and financial competence to new prospects and the entire WP Financial team.

Neil resides in West Hartford with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
